I contacted the administrator when I wanted to change my screen name to my actual name, told him what I wanted to do, asked if Rain Bird was a sponsor and he said that Rain Bird is a sponsor and he encouraged me to participate.

Is there an issue with my participation of which I am not aware?

We like to throw virtual custard pies at visitors who abruptly show up hawking a product. (which I know isn't the case here)

I think it pretty cool to have a rep on the site myself. Given the fact that you are not trying to sell us but actually answering questions makes it even better.

I agree, we have had some "reps" that only hawked their wares, and were beaten with wet noodles.

He cool

and, to be in such a position that has a real tangible ability to influence the direction of future product Creation. ,

i cant think of a better collection of weathered irrigator veterans to advise him on our needs, even if they do infact drive Ron Paul bumper stickered Airstreams with one eye while wearing wet boots.
