Lol, guys on here used to think I was on the payroll when I was just a lawncare guy because I talked about my bb alot and their customer service straight from the factory when my mower went down Fallon Rd. I did finish this year as their top selling dealer, so I created my own payroll selling their mowers I guess...
Again on the email bashing, I don't care how many emails you forward or send my mechanic, or any of my buddies shops, you prolly wont get a reply. As far as factory service is concerned, many factories will direct most issues, questions, or related items to the nearest servicing dealer, as most wont even deal with the public directly. I cant believe how many people on here say "factory rep" alot for bad boy, although nearly all reps I have ever come into contact with will not give their number out to public at all, let alone deal with a customer on a personal level. Everyone that I have come into contact with said yah, derek, or mark, kevin have been talking to me about this issue...thats crazy.
One company I deal with doesnt even want me as a dealer calling the factory, they have me fax and email only, if I call them I can get a $10 charged to my account, I could only imagine one of my customers calling them, oh wait just looked, that is impossible as the number is not listed anywhere....
I have people that have actually talked to the owners of the company. Those are many good things about bad boy you wont get with any other company out there.

The dealer you bought this from was the worst expirence I have ever dealt with. I bought 2 pups and put 600ish hrs on them and they were terrible. This is the 1st time I have ever posted that I owed 2 after Dixie's were out for me. I am lucky to still have all my accounts and get comments on how much nicer the lawns looks this year. This dealer also sells grasshopper and at one point I had 2 down mowers under warranty and they wouldn't give me a loaner(s). When I bought they said they would always have 3 loaner ready to go and if not they would prep. A new one and let the go out. I offered both pups(60 inch, Kohler command pro) for 2 grass hoppers plus $6000. They don't do trade ins............ I ended up selling both that spring for 10gs just to get them gone. It's a bad deck, will never cut GREAT....A.S.L. Of belle view or whatever is trash. The idiot with the earrings and apprx. 23 should be hung. Lied all day thur a sale and never helped... I drove all the way down for a "quick" fix and they wouldn't take the dumbass of an exhaust job to spend 30 mins on mine. 2 hrs later I was back with no fIx and my old dixie on the trailer.... I'm pretty sure this is the dealer I am talking about after reading the review for the past 3 weeks and the original post praising them.... Bb suck. No finish, no r n d, terrible cut and when I had a weak pump after 400 hrs they told me if it tested out they would have to charge me 200'bones. Their "test".....put it up to the dumpster and if it peeled out I would owe them $200.00 on a 5 month old mower. In the mitten down by the airport... Worst dealer I have dealt with. 30 ish mowers bought from 4 dealers and these guys are a joke..... The bb would paste the caster tracks down and never stand them up, even cross cutting I had 15 inch of grass in tire tracks. The dumb ass kid there admitted this was a problem after I drove 1.5 hrs. He didn't do anything and I was back on my way with 2 junk "new" mowers. I spent a total of 18 hrs too and from that dealer and never got helped. Thank god for the Dixie's on the other trucks that picked up all the slack and the new bobcats that ran 10 hrs a day to make up for the worst decision I have ever made.... They are a buch of hacks who use to cut ALOT of lawns and started a dealer to get discounts on their mowers. They mow where no one knows what a nice cut or manicured lawn looks like.... Rant over.....BEWARE......

Im surprised you went from a commercial mower to really a non commercial PUP at least IMO. That was a risky move in itself. I only considered the outlaw deck for my needs and its worked out well for 500 hrs, but I tweaked it for my area by using Scag blades, cuts great . You definately can not believe most salesman, no matter the brand.
