No meet up plans yet. Noticed a ton of rust and leaf-spot fungus on the lawns this year - thinking it's due to the long, cold, wet spring and now it's almost like October in August! Anyone else having this issue? It's as wicked of stuff as I've seen in a long while. Constantly cleaning mower blades and decks to try and prevent it from spreading is awful - anyone have any tips on how to combat this problem?

You can't charge extra because it takes you twice as long to do the job because you have crappy or outmoded equipment.

And, if they don't pay, put a shovel upside their head.

I greatly value Iowa's Midwestern ethic (raised on a NW Iowa farm by Great Depression farm parents). I have met some of you, but not all. Wishing everybody a great 2015 season. American Lawn Care, Des Moines.

I get offered bank owned properties all over North/Central Iowa. If any of you guys located in that area are interested in cutting some, let me know. You will need a smart phone. Other than that, nothing real special for equipment.
