Advice on bidding industry mine sites

Hello just looking to see what other contractors have done or suggesting. I bidding some industry mine sites. I will have to supply emshea liscense to employes and bump up my insurance policy. I could figure these in on the price but I've never bid out these properties before. Usually I charge around 40. An arce on larger size Any thoughts would be appreciated Thank you.
