Even if you wish to stay small and not employ additional help. You should always bring in new estimates from your vehicle and other minimal cost advertising. If you are close to full on work then you start pricing estimates higher. You should also raise prices next season on your existing customers knowing that a couple might leave. This will give you more room for higher paying customers. The end result... you work the same amount but earn more money.
