Few places I have worked that had onsite tanks were pretty simple. On the back of your time sheet it had places for fuel.

You listed the pump starting reading and finish as well as hours on the equipment or miles. Pumps had a power switch in the building so they wouldn't pump if it was off.

Thats pretty much what we have now
