I hear you on the three months, I have been demoing for two months now. Exmark is a nice mower but the price is up there. I'm not sure what I am going to do. Thanks for all the help though guys.

At least look at snapper pro if there is a dealer in your area.

Snapper Pro is probably the best value on the market. Prices are very reasonably for what the mowers are. I talked to one of the larger local LCOs the other day and they run Snapper Pro now, along with Wright Standers. He says the walk behinds are built like tanks and hold hills exceptionally well. He did say for the zero turn riders you do need to constantly grease the spindles or else they will start having issues, that is about it really.

For me, when it comes to walk behinds, 21s, or stand-ons I would go with Exmark and Toros. But for riders I would definitely go with Hustler.
