What are your 2 separate target markets? Are you using websites to pull in these customers? Please indulge if you don't mind.

It definitely works great for him, a total of 4mill in revenue and all he does is maintenance, clean ups and light pruning. He subs us for fert and irrigation, always recommends us for any construction or installs the customers come to him about.

I have been thinking about this for a while as you can see I am A cut Above landscaping. But Im half fert and weed control now and kinda hard pushing that with A cut Above.

We do, sort of.

One company is stricly fertilizing, weedcontrol, CG control aeration and seeding.

The other is everything else, essentially all of the things I have started through our company.

They have the same name, one is xxxxx and one is xxxxx maintenance. The idea for us is, we KNOW our fertilizer company is successfull, profitable etc,. We piggybacked the other part for the first couple years untill it got onto its feet and now it is running 100% by itself.
