Some shots of the "shop" it really just a storage unit. Pretty messy in these pics, we really need more space.

Its what we can do for now.

How many hours on your walker looks like you cleaned it up good is it the original drive train? I bought an older unit last fall and I'm doing a few things to it over the winter as well just to be safe and so I know it's done, also a 20hp Kohler.

Its a 2000 model and it has 3100+ hrs. The engine is a 2007 model 23 hp. I know nothing about the age of the rest of the drive train other than it runs and cuts well. Last spring we put all new belts on it and did some other little things. It has been a great machine, we run a 62 in deck on it as well.

The edging is 4" flat iron x 1/8" we have used from 3.5 to 5". It is custom built on site using a cutoff saw and a small 110v welder with flux core wire. I actually got the idea from a post here on lawnsite, don't remember from who. As far as where we get the material, we have an account at the local steel service center.
