If you know your way around creating another web page for your site, just create one that is tied to your mailer's promo. You'll want to add a nofollow, noindex meta tag, so that Google stays away from it. Add an email form to that page, a large phone number, and the offer details. The only people who will have knowledge of that page's existence are the people who received your postcard.

When you look at the Analytics data for that page, you can see how many people took the next step in checking your company and offer out. Bump that data up against the number of phone calls/emails you actually receive and then you can use that to understand how many people took another step in the prequalification process, but ultimately did or didn't contact you.

The front is the same as last year however i changed the back a little bit.

the prop use to say "2 FREE mowings with annual lawn mowing agreement"
( i got way too many bi-weekly clients wanting 2 free mowings... was not worth it too me so i decided to word it how it is. 1 free mowing is good enough i think.

I also changed the very left stock photo.

I have so many questions on getting that set up I don't even know where to start....

I really want to do that on my ad campaign this spring. I love the idea of being able to track how many actually check out the website and comparing it to how many went through with reaching out for an estimate.

I have an idea on the email address and such, but I'd create a whole new domain for this site? Because I'd think MyWebsiteURL.com/SpringPromo2014 would be too much for someone to want to enter in.

You just make a new page. Not a whole new domain.
