I do one for $85 a month and the owner/property manager pays on time every month cause they know their getting a deal. Garbage everywhere every time I do it. I hate picking up garbage.

Why do people just feel they can just throw whatever they want wherever they want? I hate litter bugs. I even ***** my wife out when she throws her cigarette out the window..

I hope you only cut it once per month at that price...the ones around here you couldn't do for $85 per visit.

We started doing one this spring. I don't remember if it's a Dollar General or Family Dollar. lol

The owner has been great to work with, returned the contract right away and pays on time every month.

I haven't meet him only talked over the phone and email, very nice guy. I don't deal with anyone at the store or thankfully no dreaded maintenance company.

Twice a month but it's year round and no grass in winter or early spring. The grass area is small, it's the trash that I hate. Round here, anyone with a mower has a business, so you take what you can get..
