You might want to just agree on an hourly rate, otherwise you both might not be satisfied.

try upselling cleaning that astro turf also, it looks moldy...
if you are unsure charge her a labor rate you both agree on and request she pay any added expenses that you might incure. that way it will be fair for both you and her and you will learn what a similar job/tasks take and cost to do for the next job and then maybe you will be able to estimate it closely enough to offer one flat price.

This might be low if you work hard and try to go as quickly as possible. But if you just starting out and they pay your lunch break and 15 minute breaks then it might still be low. If there is hard labor, i.e. shoveling dirt, moving dirt, shoveling stone Might want $50/per hour if you go fast as possible. I say this because once you have a lot of work/jobs to get done then why stay on any job longer than is required, get more done, more profit.
