I will have a use for it, but it won't be daily that's for sure.

I just used my buddy's 83"x14' last night for a shrub job last night...I don't know why I've been working without one all this time. It's hooked up in my driveway right now and I don't want to give it back!
Even if you use it once a month and over the course of using it you make enough to pay for what it's worth, it's worth it.
Between mulch, small installs, renting skids and tractors, trim jobs, and the dreaded fall clean-up....I'm highly considering getting myself one. I say if you have enough work to where you could use it at least once a week, I'd consider it.

I have a lot of work lined up right now and I know for sure the dump would be great! But it will be paid for, so if it sits for a bit after all this work I'm not too worried. But yes, fall cleanups, mulch, and small installs is what the trailer will be used for and I'm sure it will come in quite handy in the future.
