Define "easily" because I didn't notice any in any of the links provided that look like they will accept two mowers.

they are 60" wide. should do it just fine

I don't know what you were looking at or for, because there are several of them in those links that are 60" long or better, and will hold two 21" WB easily. You can put them one in front of the other, or nose to nose and the handles will still only be sticking out to approx the outside of the side mirrors, and not at all if you fold them/lean the handles in towards each other and strap them together with a bungee.
