OK so i have an idea in hiring someone just for getting business and only pay per job they get nothing else. thank way the person can work when they want to and im not waisting my time and money,,, so what all guy think of it...

What do you do when you have more work than you can handle? What if they under price/over promise? I would love a sales person but they are really for the big companies.

I am worry about gettong more work too fast on getting lawn maint.. due to cost of lawn equipment that one thing i have to stay on top of.. but i can handle more landscapes installed and get them lined up. easy gettong more men and more shovels and rakes... But on the under price and over promice i been thinking about that a lot. i think thats the only thing stoping me.. I been trying to figure out on how to pay commission where he will eat the cost if under price and or over promice... hopefully i get help from yal to fugure everything out..
