Bed, driveway crack pre treatment

I'm wondering what a good mix would be for my mowing guys to help decrease the amount of time spot spraying weeds and drive cracks. Something that would be cheap as I wouldn't be charging extra.

I use a solo backpack and spray at low volumes. I tried sureguard last year and it didn't work well. It was fine when sprayed at high volume but not much luck at low volume mixed strong. Some of the problem could be not blanket spraying but wondered what else was possible.

Grass I think you answered it in the last line. Sureguard works great on brick areas and cracks but you will need to treat the whole thing for best success. It doesn't take a high rate either. Mix it proper and quickly spray the whole area and you will be weed free for over four to five months. Avoid cropped gardens though, as it will stunt all the plants for the whole season! Learned that one the hard way.
