Irrigation checklist/info sheet

We have sent some of our employees to Rainbird School and stated doing irrigation service and installation this season. Am looking for a form which which could record types of system, valves,locations,etc.,al. and other pertinent info for the accounts we service. Would appreciate copy of anything you may use or informations as to where I could find. Thanks!
