you are probably right, but there is no way to prove that...

plus it shouldn't be dirty, because pot should be legal... alcohol is the deadly killer between the two...

today i almost ran over two hoses, a 4 foot metal pipe, a pair of side cuts and an old heavy mower blade (probably from a tractor)... good thing my eyes didn't fail me...
