Waste factor for cobbles

I'm installing a cobblestone rounded patio using 6x6 and 6x9 weathered pavers. I put my estimate together using a 5% waste factor, but that seems low. What would you guys reccomend as a waste factor?

I usually estimate a 10% waste factor. We rarely go over that number and if we are under it means someone is getting a bonus.....I just wish it was me
