ever give someone and estimate and right away they said ok doesnt it make you think you should have tried for more. im not a lowballer 12x16 paveloc holland basket weave dual colors, border soldier corse and 1 curved step 3' diamater very little excavation $2200. cleaned and sealed 10 year company warranty and paveloc lifetime warranty.

$10/sf is a little cheap for me. (figuring 15% extra in your 12x16 = 220sf)

guys round here useually charge 8 my cost persqft of holland is 1.73 the rockandsand is cheap too 13.83 ton 21aa

Not really, I think most people have their limit built into the back of their head and if you fall under it, and can do it in their time frame it it usually an approval quickly. I am at $14 average per foot on pavers here.
