Just pick one pic out of the file and resize it not the whole file,if that's what your doing.That's why I get the pic uploaded 1st then write the post for it .

that is exactly what I am doing and it will not alow me to downsize it in any manner...driving me f***ing nuts

I resize the pics and close and then upload them they are back to the original size
