17hp kaw no high end throttle
can anyone help i have 2 17hp kaws that have the same problem i can't get any more than about 2200 rpms out of them check and adjusted throttle cable check and cleaned carb adjusted chock anymore ideas thanks

I believe the bracket that holds the governor and throttle cables has an adjustment bolt on the right side of the bracket. Loosen both bolts and push bracket down. This should increase your max rpm
