Anyone ever hear of bulk mulch shipped on pallets? (Not Bagged)

I'm looking for a mulch company in the Northeast that supplies and delivers mulch on pallets usually in 7 cubic yards. It's not a bagged product don't be confused. If anyone has any idea what i'm looking for i'd appreciate any help I can get. Thanks! Anna

They are probably in huge canvas sacs that have handles on them. They load and unload them witht the forks of a loader or such. They are square and about 4 feet tall.

I never heard or seen anything like that. Is it cheaper than buying by the scoop or bagged?

Don't know about the price. I would think it is cheaper than bagged anyway. A lot of mining and equipment companies use them and when they get a small fray in them, OSHA makes them get rid of them. We used to buy firewood that came in them. They held 1/3 cord each. I do see these on a lot of flatbed semi trucks out here heading to farms and ranches.

I used to get a 3 cubic yard cube of mulch, compressed into the cube and wrapped with pallet wrap. Cut the wrap and it would all fall apart. Very convenient for moving the mulch from place to place.
