Sub-Contracting Help!!!!

I just received my first offer for a sub contracting job. I have no idea what to charge. Below are a list of services she and her husband would like me to do. Also, I am a little reluctant to take on the job because I work from my camary. I do not have a truck. Loading my push mower and other items in the car looks very unprofessional to me. I do not have enough equipment like you guys do. I have a blower, weed eater, and push mower.

I do not want to lose the jobs but I also do not want to get in over my head.
Also how much should I charge for 1/3 to 1/2 acre? How much should I sub-contract for? Should I charge by the hour or by the day?

Below is the email I received. Your help is greatly appreciated.

His needs range from:
Mowing, edging and blowing yards at houses on 1/3 to 1/2 acre
Straight mowing on large turf areas
Weed-eating on a bank or open area or on the front 10' or so of
a lot (with no house, as yet)
Planting a bed of junipers and pampas grass
Excuses are Tools of the Incompotent
