I just finished getting my first website up and running. Now I need to worry about search engines finding it. Does anyone know the methodologies to putting meta tags in my header html code so that I score lots of hits?

I cannot answer your question but I really dig your website. One of the nicest ones I've been to, for a small business.

Some of my bookmarks:
http://www.submitexpress.com/metatags.html
http://www.addme.com/meta.htm
http://www.freshmenclass.com/howto/articles.html
http://www.meta-tags.com/

But the comments from the two guys you want to hear from are here: http://www.lawnsite.com/showthread.php?threadid=2389 . GrassMaster or jimlewis would be the ones to ask.
