sounds like a great price. almost too good. i will drive by and see what the mulch looks like. hopefully it is good stuff.

Just wondering - if u pay cash, are there any issues as far as writing off that expense??? the reason i ask is because when paying cash u dont have any proof of payment if u are audited, right???

i stopped by today and the mulch was pretty good. it was medium brown and medium coarse. as a comparison, it was coarser than the "landscaper's choice" at Mulch Makers. so it all depends on your preference.

regardless, i will probably get some for my jobs. it is not the very best mulch ive seen but for the price it is a good deal. he quoted me $13/yd delivered within like 20 miles for a 20yd load.

Right !!! but if you could save enough $$$ it would out way the tax write off. But I would never do that, always report every dime
