I am interested in setting up my buisness as a LLC. It seems the best route instead of being a INC company. Are any of you a LLC and cgarges you encountered becoming one?

Contact your secretary of state or look for them online. I am now an LLC. It cost me 95 dollars total and it was very easy to fill out the forms.

Circleville Lawn & Landscape, Ltd.

Very flexible for tax purposes as well.

I recommend seeing a business lawyer and haver him set it up. He can do it all from registering your name to giving you advice. It cost us about 550$ i think and was very simple to do. Good luck
