In The Market For A New Mower

EITHER A NEW 48" AND 32" WALK BEHIND W/ SULKYS OR 44" RIDER. LOOKING AT EXMARK. MY EQUIPMENT IS TIRED BUT RUNS GOOD BUT SEEMS TO BREAK DOWN AT THE WRONG TIMES. MOSTLY RESIDENTAL, BUT DO HAVE A HUGE APARTMENT COMPLEX. HELP ME OUT.

In my opinion there is no reason too buy a 44 inch rider.A 52 inch is a much better choice.
If you do purchase a rider the suspension seat is worth every penny.
Exmarks are great Mowers as are the others mention.
I have a new Snapper 52 inch ZTR and a 36 inch Bobcat walk behind and I only use my Walk behind on steeper damp hills.
One other problem with a small deck rider is the deck does not stick out as far and makes for a harder time mowing around trees.
A 52 inch too me seemed too be the best all arpound mower.
I cut a Church that has a big big Field. The 52 makes it doable.I have a guy that helps cut it with a 44 inch walkbehind and it takes him twice as long too do the field as it does me on my ZTR.Thats 2 hours into a little over 4 hours.
