bed raking

For those of you that do Full Service accounts, how do you estimate for bed cleanup? (Things like monthly raking, spring and fall leaf removal). Do you estimate by the sq. ft. or do you have a more simple method?

Thanks

I estimate the number of hours it will take and charge accordingly....

my goal it to come out of each job making $40/hour. That is because it is just me doing the work and I know what my overhead is......

I don't typically charge travel time. But I limit my work to a pretty tight area. If I were going a distance greater than usual, I would consider charging mileage...... I do charge for delivery on mulch.
