echo carbs rebuild?

can echo carbs for weed wackers be rebuilt?. Mine runs good top end but seems to choke low end. Plug is good, spark arrestor clean, also took off fuel filter. Still the same. Any ideas out there. thanks

Any carb can be rebuilt, but it sounds like yours is adjusted too rich on the L screw.

no adjustment screws echo 230

it has no l and h adjustment screws.
