What does it pay, cutting for an employer?

Let's say I wanted to cut for someone else.
What does that generally pay in a larger city if you don't play games, always show up and don't do anything stupid?

It all depends. I know crew leaders who make 8 bucks and hour and I know crew leaders who make 15
