Pressure Washing?

Any of you guys doing any light pressure washing to pick up some extra cash?

If so what PSI units do you recommend for driveways, sidewalks and possibly pool decks?

There seems to be a need in my area due to the large amount of retired persons. They love their driveways looking bright.

If I do this I would only offer this to those who I also have their lawn account. Not looking to get into a pressure washing business just limit the amount of vendors offering my accounts services.

Their are several pieces of equipment I would like to add this year and next spring. One of them happens to be a high pressure steam cleaner. With the oil business going like it going there is some work. Hiring someone competent enough to run it and the insurance is the hard part.
