Small engine reapair class
Hey everybody....I ve been considering trying to find a small engine repair class at the local community college. I figure if I can learn a lot about this it will save me time and money from taking everything to the shop. I would love to be able to fix everything that goes wrong with the equipment. Have any of yall done this? your thoughts?

I've thought about it, but have decided there are better things to learn.
I'm going after my pesticide/fert license this coming winter. In the years ahead, I'll take classes on turf management, landscape design, botany and so on. I'll never be able to repair a mower as quickly as a mechanic, so there is no point in trying to be an ace at that. Better that I sell my customers more high-markup services and let the mechanics do what they do best.
