Need help with estimate for friend/coworker

Hey All,

Just curious about an estimate I'm doing for a coworker. I have a LS company and work about 30 hours a week....on top of that I also have a corporate sales job, selling business to business office products. I have a coworker who needs some stuff done, but with the friendly discount, I'm have a little trouble pricing this out.....I'm not that close to the person, but do work with her on a daily I want to give her a bit of a deal.

Here it is:

1.) She has a 8'x8' cement patio slab, that's about an inch thick. It's already cracked and will be easy to tear out. However, underneath the slab lies about 40 cynder blocks for stability, so they too must come out. When that's taken care of, she wants the area filled with fill and topsoil, less then a yard of both combined. I'm thinking $550. I have a few hammer drills....a bosch and a hilti that will do the truck, so no need to rent a jack hammer.

2.) She has (3) apple tree stumps that she wants removed, each have about a 10" diameter....I don't need equipment for this either...I just use my truck, a pick axe, and a come-along. I'm thinking $350 for that.

3.) She has about 4-5 yards of crap that needs removal.....old bricks, pipes, weeds, and some cement pieces. I'm thinking $400 for that.

So I'm saying a total of about $1300 for the whole job. Sound good? Thanks for your input!
