Advice on expanding

I have been in business for 6 years now(officially). I still do most of the work and have one full time guy with me. I also have one part time guy 2 days a week. I have anywhere from 50-75 accounts (I work with a couple of realtors and I maintain their properties). I am thinking of growing the business. I want to pull myself out of the field and sell and manage and stop killing myself. I work harder than anybody I have ever hired. Obviously. Does anybody have any advice on the next step for growth? Anything would help.

Hire two guy's, make one a crew foreman and the other his helper.

Train them well.

Turn them loose.

Frees you up to go get more work for another crew.

I agree w/pastures. Work on your biz rather than in it and sit back and watch it prosper! Make sure you have proper systems in place to evaluate efficiency, equipment, cst service etc.
