My leatherman. You don't realize how often you use it until you lose it cause you left it on your loader tire while adjusting your tire chains while plowing and just drove off burying it in the snow.

dang thats a tough one... well I couldnt live without my truck, because with out my truck i couldnt work.... however I dont think this is what you were implying as far as living without....

thus... I honestly dont think I could live without my $40 rubber deadblow (or what ever its called) mallet. Its great for retaining walls.... My other cheap mallets would break and all the beads would come out after a few installs, and this one has gone through about 6 so far and still taking a beating everyday, from alan block, to steel edging..

My breaker bar. Tree roots, concrete, 6x6's, if you bang it hard enough alot of times it can break anything including your hands!

I got to thinking about this and Tim Allen. How about a Nuclear Powered Z that hovers over the yard and uses a laser to cut the grass. Of course the cutting width could be adjusted from 1 inch to 1 mile.
