Has this happened to anyone else?

This just out right sucks. I used to pay 1.15 per gallon of bulk. I started the season out with 5 homes that were all on the same block. I still priced it good at about .20/sqft. but when I pulled up to the supplier there was a certain emptiness in the air. The bas.ards flat fee'd all customers except for on-account contractors 1.70/ gal. that's 30 something %. the material is the same GREAT quality but the new price is outrageous. The main man said it had something to do with all the south of the border guys watering down about 50
%. Well thanks for reading, I know I can't do anything about it so whatever.

Exclamation

That's a rip-off. A major sealcoating forum I visit did a poll on price increases for 2005 and while most contractors reported and increase it was by about 20% or less.
