Don't worry they'll call the public works department when the flash flood hits and the drains are backed up flooding their basements.
Why don't I just dump my used oil down there too...out of sight out of mind...

Just let the guy slide it's not like he's in bussines and if he is, he's just making up for gas prices lol/ Besides I whould have never enven have thought of that so that is some good thinking lol
