Before you all tell me to do a serch i allready did and did not realy finde the information that i needed. I was wondering what you guys charge per 15,000 sq ft. I am trying to figure some prices out. For the MI people what would you charge for and averadge lawn and about how many sq ft are in an averidege lawn. Any help would be great thanks in advance!!!!

how much money do you want to make? thats what you have to ask yourself and when you come up with something figure in the cost of fert.

I would like to make $1,000,000 per application but that is not realistic is it?LOL But seriously i do not know how much i should charge i was thinking something like $20 per 3,000sq Ft is that too much or not enough!! i don't know where to begain. I should mintion this will be my first year in the fert app business. Thanks!!!

Hometown,this is a great question that us new applicators need to learn,pricing.I hope others will help here as well.I met a guy in my area that has been a great help to me,we are not in the same market but close enough to share information and have become friends,Thanks Mark...As far as 15,000 sq ft....43.00 to 46.00 would be a fair price.Hope this helps.JRB...also this may be an "area & market thing" try to get information from somone around you.

Market wise-across the pond to the west of you I sell a program that is 4 aps granular (plus 1 ap of liquid herbicide spot treat included)for 5.00 per 1000 sq ft. So the 10K sq ft lawn is 50 per ap x 4.
I charge around 6.00 per 1k for single aps without a program. Good Luck

I charge,

125.00 an acre on a program
comes to about 3.00 a 1,000 sq ft

15,000 sq ft would be $45.00

THanks guys!! I do all granuler so what brands do you guys use or like. I like the lesco line up but would like some more info on it they don't have much on there web site.

We do nothing but commercial applications and charge .03 per sq. ft. for a 5 step program.
