I was wondernig who gives a sigle cut estimate and who give an estimate for the whole year? What seems to get the best results?

I've heard of some companies charging a flat yearly rate regardless of how many times it's mowed. Does anyone do that here?

i give single cut bids but all my customers know that i will be to their house about 25 to 28 times during the couse of the year.

Mow weekly Apr - Oct then Bi-Weekly Nov - Mar for a set fee every month year round. All my custs are under contract.

I charge per cut but also only have yr round customers. I avoid "one timers" absolutely if that is what you are considering.

I really want to charge my customers a flat monthly rate to dispurse my income more evenly thoughout the year.
