What is this stuff.....?

Is this a type of grass or a weed? Also how do I get rid of it without killing the good grass? It's in mine and a customer's yard. My expertise in mowing not contaminated lawns. Thanks in advance.

Crabgrass...worst stuff in the world to cut after Bahia. Takes forever to dry and then still broadcasts like crap.

Bad news dude. In your last picture you have not one but two weeds that are miserable if left to grow. Read this thread and look at your pic.

The Killinga is below the Crabgrass in your pic. You also have some Burmuda in there but in your area I guess that's a good thing.

Boy, are you right, I've seen more this year than I can remember and it sucks. Half an inch of this crap is harder to mow than three or four other inches of growth of any other grass we've got. Its sucks dry and almost impossible when wet.

I just spoke with our spraying specialist (friend from Green Lawn).

He recommends using Acclaim Super (diluted) and to use it like round-up. You will initially see a browning of the area and then it will eventually die off. Any questions about this product private msg. me and I will divert the questions to him.
