If you're just gettin into business I would definetly look at the licensing and insurances and organization stuff because without those you can do all the work and not get anywhere with forming a decent business. The biggest problem I've ever had is keeping things organized during busy and slow seasons. Of course though I've only been in the business for 4 yrs and I'm considering gopher software to help things. Business plan man target research and inc. Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!!!!!!!!!!!
