E - Excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to get your message across in a clear, concise way. The key word here is "excellent". I - Incentive to buy now and buy from you. You create a sense of urgency through the desire to gain (or more powerfully) through the fear of loss. Create this urgency and you eliminate the competition.
