I would also omit the statement in the About Us section that says,
"We take complaints as a way to better our services. Any and all issues a customer might have will be taken care of promptly, without question or charge." You are just opening a can of worms there. Example, you come mow my lawn and I have an issue witht he cutting heigth. Without question you are going to come and mow it again at a lower heigth without charge? You catch me drift. Please take all these comments about wording and prices as we are just here to help. The best thing about this site is so that you can learn from the mistakes of others. Good luck Matt

Oh, Buckhead is the NAME of an actual place? I used to get called that alot by my dad when I was growing up...Oh no, wait,....that wasn't Buckhead...
