tractor service
I think you will find everyone has a different answer to this question based on what they charge and what they offer. Once you purchase and pay off a tractor attachment it's all profit except for maintenence, travel etc. If you are spraying, spreading, seeding, etc, then there are material cost.

Road work after they put in new water, sewer lines, electric etc. nothing works better or faster for fixing the area up than a compact with attachments. 3 guys can do 3 miles of work per day. Thats grading with a harley rake seeding & blowing on straw. The area is usually about 20 ft wide x 5400 ft x .8˘-.13˘ sq.ft = lots of $$$$ when they do a 30-40 stretches of rd.

tractor service.
Spraying flight control is very lucrative as we charge material x 4 and its a very expensive product. My favortie service is fertilizing athletic fields. Snow services generate some big cash flow due to many hours of post storm snowblowing and loader work.

and my price was actually lower than some other bidders, kind of surprised by that |
