Giant-vac ?

I have a GIANT-VAC leaf vac with a 20 hp Kohler v-twin engine on it. It has 2 exhaust pipes with a muffler on each pipe and muffler are 1 piece. problem is 1 muffler rotted off. engine # worn off dealer cant come up with anything to match. Does anyone have a similar set up that could give me the engine # or maybe a p/n for the muffler. thank you

I done some checking and the exhaust below is from the Kohler accessories catalog, It's the only duel exhaust listed for the CH Series engines. If that is not what you have you can try here; http://public.snapper.com/gvmanuals/ For Giants parts manual. If still no good post a pic., A pic. it worth a thousand words.

I have the same machine you do. But there is a difference. Some have 3/4" or 1" pipes on them. Find out what size pipe. I replaced mine. one rotted just like you siad. whatever you do do not disassemble to replace. Take it to a welder and have him do the work. part # 275679 for the one with 1" pipe.
