JD 4710 Too many hours?

What is too many hours for a JD 4710? 2002 with 1500 hours, in great shape owner says oil changed every 100 hours. Any idea what it's worth?

4400 4X4 with 1200 hrs only problem I had to replace battery
Price should be around 15,000 with no options example
front end loader backhoe ect. Only things to look at carefuly
is front end plastic ,hood,side covers ect can get pricey
