bidding for townhomes

I am putting a bid in for a 20 unit townhouse complex.
It has 3 acres to maintain with lots of hills, trees,
and trimming to do. They want a monthly price but i have
not done something this high-maintenance. (Nice grass).
I am thinking between 190-250 per cut . Sound OK High
low, they are very picky, what do you think?

i've heard 7-10 per unit sounds like you want to be at 10.00

the dream of course is to find the guy that was doing it, find out his man hours on property, and bid accordingly. , other wise, 3 acres WIDE OPEN goes for 120 around here, and would be at least double that on townies. Dave
