In MY companies economic situation my profit at $6.47 per gallon, say of broadleaf control is about $3.50. This includes cost of product, labor and overhead. So a residential lawn at about 10k sqft would have a charge of $64.70 with about $35.00 in net profit. Most of my properties are at least a half acre, it works for me.

I would love for most of my properties to be 21000 sq. ft! Dave

Thanks Steve, I am catering my business to LCO's while I build my own customer base. I have been doing alot of commercial jobs that are just broadleaf control and are averaging around 40kft2. My average lawn is only 9kft2 and most of those are on a program.
