Accel.bagr

I have 2 of them for my Standers other than if you fill them up with wet grass their too heavy , they work great. Alot lighter than standard baggers. I used to have a Lesco walk-behind with a cloth bagger. Peace of junk!!

I have one on my Lesco 48 float deck. I love it and its not at all heavy. There is or was a pic of my mower and catcher on accelerators web site.

They are certainly lighter than the steel ones.

Hi Daren, long time since I saw you post. I know this isnt related to this post but I was wondering how your Lesco Z held up this year and if you still like it?

Thanks Brian
So using these statistics:
1 bushel = 0.0475685864095502 cubic yards
http://convertplus.com/en/convert/units-volume-brbushel

and According to Cornell University researchers, green grass
loose has a typical density of 300-400 lbs./cu. yd., and
green grass compacted is 500-800 lbs./cu.yd.

and 1 cu ft = 0.037037037037037 cu yard
http://convertplus.com/en/convert/units-volume-ft3

accelerator size 4.15 ct ft and 6.2 cu ft
http://www.acceleratorindustries.com...els/Exmark.htm

then, 0.0475685864095502 x 3 x 350 + 4.395 =
54.4 lbs for a full cloth bagger.

and, 0.037037037037037 x 4.15 x 350 + 17 =
70.8 lbs for full small accelerator
or 0.037037037037037 x 6.2 x 350 + 23 =
103.4 lbs for full large accelerator

this is using dry, non compacted grass.

So, yes you are right it is a bit heaver.
